Being in the cage with the sharks coming close by was a thrill! I hope my photos can convey at least a small sense of those magnificent animals. The whole South African portion of this trip has been wonderful beyond my expectations.

The elephants were really beautiful. According to our guide, this guy’s about twenty-two years old, and soon to be a father.
